  • Low season (Jun 1 – Jun 30, Sep 1 – Nov 30): €295

  • High season (Jan 6 – May 30, Jul 1 – Aug 31, Dec 1 – Dec 19): €340

  • Peak season (Dec 20 – Jan 5): €600

Extra guest: €15 p.p.p.n.

Excluding:
Final cleaning €250 • In between cleaning €90 when 14 days or more
Deposit €450 • 7% local tax • Electricity €0.55/kWh and water €9,00 m3 

Minimal stay low and high season 6 nights / peak season 14 nights
